THE TRIQUETRA OF LIFE: Wisdom, Wealth, and Wellness

Our social ship of state is sinking fast, having been irreversibly damaged by immense infidelity and mistrust nationwide. It won’t matter who wins the election,…pity the captain at the helm of the Titanic thought to be unsinkable and incorruptible before striking an iceberg. 

A personal experience of incompetence: it took over a year for the communication system of our local medical group to restructure and renovate its portal and phone system. I had to physically visit its local office to arrange for appointments, lab orders, and reports. What if I wasn’t able to walk or drive there as a senior?  

I blasted the CEO on Linked-in who no doubt believed she was doing a great job managing and motivating incompetent employees at every level. I am surprised the company didn’t go bankrupt. I do not trust her company anymore. The trouble is, other competing medical groups are all in the same boat. No where to go.

i can’t trust corporate America anymore. At 82 years old, I can see and compare things were much better back sixty years ago, more personal, caring, consistent, sincere, and reliable. Young people today haven’t that hindsight and insight. They think nothing’s amiss, despite the steep deck tilt. What a crude awakening ahead.

 It won’t matter who wins the election in November. Comrade Chameleon Kamala is a cackling-hen recipe for disaster. Macho MAGA Trump is a cock-crowing huckster nonpareil. Regardless of who wins, since the 1960’s birth control pill, this country has gone rotten in its essential members, and the ship of state is sinking fast. 

The paradox of technological prosperity, accelerating from Ai usage, has made media-programmed puppets of our citizen majority who have aided and abetted the ushering in of those two mindless candidates. We do not deserve a true democracy because, as John Adams wrote, only a people with a moral backbone can sustain it.

America has lost its moral grace and glory.

Nothing new. Every empire peaks out when important policies are decided during private backroom orgies. We’ll be lucky to avoid WW3 because our childish politicians lack critical thinking skills and self-control. Far too busy snorting another line of cocaine with a hired sex partner. America’s moral integrity is long gone.

A major difference exists between politicians like Trump and Harris, and true statesmen like Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. Look in the mirror for the real culprit of America’s decline and fall.

That would be us.
